Maize Donation From The Joyce Banda Foundation

Over five hundred families around Domasi in Zomba have today received free maize from the Joyce Banda Foundation.
Speaking during the distribution, Edith Arkridge, managing director of the Foundation, said the magnitude of hunger in the area cannot be overemphasized.

“That is why we are coming in promptly to at least salvage the situation.” Akridge Said.

 

Juma Bwanali of Chilunga Village was all praise for the Joyce Banda Foundation, saying that today and in a few days, boiled mangoes that have been a daily meal will be put to rest.
